Project Summary:
Zara is one of the leading fast-fashion clothing brands in the United States. However, customers have raised concerns regarding long wait times, privacy issues in fitting rooms, and cleanliness following the COVID-19 pandemic.
To address these pain points in the fast-fashion shopping experience, I played a key role in developing a comprehensive wireframe system and kiosk. My team and I achieved this by conducting user surveys, creating personas and storyboards, and performing field observations of the current shopping experience. We simplified the user interface, implemented a touchless body scan system, and streamlined the checkout process to enhance overall user satisfaction.

Conclusion
Working as a UX/UI Designer for Quick-Pick has been a pivotal experience, helping me develop essential visual design skills. The design process taught me how to approach solutions with a user-centered mindset, ensuring that our decisions are always geared toward addressing customer needs—an approach that has influenced my work beyond this project.
Collaborating within a cross-functional team also taught me the importance of knowing when to take ownership and when to defer to others with specific expertise. This balance was crucial to the project's success.
By addressing user pain points, I learned valuable lessons about the design process, particularly the importance of working with a diverse team to create effective solutions. Despite challenges such as maintaining brand consistency and designing realistic user flows, this role has been my most comprehensive wireframing project, inspiring me to continually refine and improve my design skills.
